Poi Ching School operates as a single-session school and the school hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 1.35 p.m.

How do I register my child/ward for the Primary One in PCS?
The Primary One Registration Exercise is generally conducted from June to September every year. Parents should refer to the registration phases and procedures to find out which phase their children are eligible for, how to register and the documents required for registration posted on the MOE website.

Does PCS have a waitlist?
There is high demand for places at Poi Ching School and waitlists do exist. For information on the availability of places, please contact the school’s admission office at (65) 6785 6420 for more information.
I am keen to transfer my child/ward from the current school to PCS as we are shifting to Tampines. What are the procedures for applying transfer to PCS?
You may register your interest to place your child/ward on the school’s transfer-in waiting list and send in your application by completing the waitlist form and other supporting documents, e.g. past years’ academic results. Parents shall be notified if there is a vacancy in the academic year. Please contact the school’s admission office to find out more information.
